On the thematic paths of the Ecomuseum it is possible to book the Bio picnic pack ahead of time that you will carry and consume in a pleasant stay along the path. It’s also possible to have a break in a ciabòt, a peculiar rural building among the vineyards. Salami, cheese, salads, omelet: typical courses of the Roero served in practical bowls and biodegradable cutlery.
